Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the "Bollywood star cast" event (the "Event"), organized by Bollywood Star Cast ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting the registration form, you, on behalf of the participant, agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Registration

• All information provided in the registration form must be accurate and complete. Providing false information will lead to immediate disqualification.
• The registration is for a single participant only.
• Any registration fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian of the participant.

2. Auditions and Event

• Audition dates, times, and locations are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide notice of any changes via the contact information provided.
• Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided for the auditions and the main event.
• The decisions of the judges are final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the judging process or results.

3. Parental/Guardian Consent and Responsibility

• By submitting the registration, the parent/guardian consents to the model's participation in all phases of the Event.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the participant's transportation, accommodation, and well-being during the Event.
• Parents/guardians must ensure the participant behaves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

4. Use of Media and Likeness

• By participating in the Event, you grant us the irrevocable and perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the participant's name, likeness, image, voice, and performance in any and all media (including but not limited to photographs, video, audio, and print) for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes without any compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

• All participants and their accompanying guardians are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior towards other participants, staff, or judges will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Event, including travel to and from the venue.
• Participants and their guardians attend and participate at their own risk.

7. Data Privacy

• The personal information collected during registration will be used for the purpose of managing the Event, communicating with participants, and for promotional activities as outlined in Section 4.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disqualification

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any activity deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the Event.

9. General Provisions

• We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant/guardian and us regarding the Event.

By checking the "I have read all the terms & conditions" box on the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
